Destrezas gauchas: saddling and mounting lesson, rein and skills
demonstration in Picadero. Horseback riding around
the area.

Criolla cookery and
wines: introduction of chefs, preparing of
traditional meals (empanadas al horno de barro,
asado and crème caramel) and fine wine-tasting.

Music and dance: introduction of folklore groups, exhibition of
musical instruments (guitar and bass drum) and a
traditional dance class (chacarera, zamba and cueca).
