• All published prices are under variation and may change without a previous note.
• All prices include IVA (21%) for the activities and gastronomy and 10.5 % for transport.

• The operator reserves the right to alter the order of the itinerary if he deems convenient to improve such service – owing to circumstances beyond control and/or replace expeditions due to safety reasons, adverse weather conditions, unrestricted access to routes or roads which lead to the tourist attractions.  He also reserves the right to cancel any expedition whenever the number of passengers is insufficient. In this case, the passenger may opt to do the next expedition or to be refunded the sum already paid. No other kind of reimbursement shall be possible. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the guide shall decide whether to carry out  the expedition or not – bearing in mind the safety of the passengers above all. In the event of suspension or change in the expedition, the passenger shall only pay the services rendered.

Whichever the cause may be, the following policies are applied for the refunds of the services already paid by the passenger:

• Regular tours (daily departures): a 100 % refund when the cancellation occurs up to 9 p.m. of the previous day which corresponds to the expedition date. After such term, no refund shall be possible.
• Non regular tours: a 100% refund when the cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the fixed date. A 50% refund when the cancellation occurs four days prior to the fixed date. A 25% refund if cancelled 24 hrs prior to the fixed date. After such terms, no refund shall be possible.

• Schedule: the schedule above indicated is approximate. It is no responsibility of the   company in the event of delays.
• Itineraries: we pick up the passengers when they are staying in the town area of Mendoza city. Otherwise, we meet at our office and depart from this place.

• All passengers contracting our services have a Personal Accidents Insurance for such activity. For their subscription is necessary to have: Full name, Passport or ID number. The information must be notified by the seller when registering the reservation.

• Published prices and packs fit in the services sum which are offered, so the final settlement will be done according to the commercial conditions agreed for each service.

• Regular services: weekly settlements, to pay at the moment of each presentation.
• Expeditions: 100% before starting the activity.
• Groups services: 50% when booking and the rest when finishing the services.
