Posta Chacritas (1.550 msnm), Potrerillos.
		Reception at the base. Brief security talk given by the guide. Departure on horseback through Cañada Grande to the Altos de Chacritas where we can appreciate an impressive view of the Cordon del Plata mountain range on the western side and the Potrerillos Dam on the eastern.

Base: Estancia La Alejandra (1.900 msnm), La Carrera.
		Reception at the ranch. Brief talk on security given by the guide. Horseback riding in the ranch viewing and enjoying the contrast of the colorful plantations as well as the breathtaking view of the Cordon del Plata.

Posta Chacritas (1.550 msnm), Potrerillos.
		Reception at the base. Brief security talk given by the guide. Departure on horseback through Cañada Grande to the Divisadero de La Cortadera, arriving at the foothills of the Cordon del Plata mountain range. Rest stop at the Vega de las Hornillas and return to the base along the mountains appreciating a majestic eastern view of the foothills and the Protrerillos Dam.

Base: Estancia La Alejandra (1.900 msnm), La Carrera.
		Reception at the ranch. Brief talk: basic concepts about horses, saddles and saddling up. Departure on horseback to the paddock, going through colorful areas of plantations. Ascent through meandering paths appreciating the herds of horses and the impressive Cordon del Plata. Rest stop in “El Altar” where you can appreciate a majestic view of Valle de Uco and the Cordon del Plata. Driving a herd of 30 horses to the stable and lasso practices. Back to the lodge and lunch.

Alojamiento: Posada La Alejandra, Las Carreras
		Departure from the city of Mendoza. Reception with breakfast at the ranch. Brief talk about horses, saddles, and the correct form of saddling. Departure on horseback to the pasture, ascent on winding paths and watching the droves of horses with the Cordon del Plata mountains as our frame. Rest stop at El Altar where we can appreciate a majestic view of the Uco Valley and the Cordon del Plata. Return to the ranch and lunch. Dinner and night at the ranch.

Alojamiento: Refugio San Antonio, Vallecitos
		Reception at the base. Brief talk on security given by the guide. Departure on horseback through Cañada Grande to Divisadero de La Cortadera, where you can appreciate an astounding view of the Cordon del Plata, the Potrerillos dam and the Andean foothills. Return to the base and lunch. Transport to San Antonio refuge. Check in, dinner and overnight stay in the refuge.
