DAY 1: Altos Potrerillos Ride (4 hrs.)
Departure from the city of Mendoza. Reception at Posta Chacristas, Potrerillos. Brief security talk given by the guide. Departure on horseback via Cañada Grande to the Divisadero de La Cortadera arriving at the base of the impressive Cordon del Plata mountains. Rest stop at the Vega de las Hornillas and return to the base along the mountains appreciating a majestic eastern view of the foothills and the Protrerillos Dam.
DAY 2: El Potrero Ride(4 hrs.)
Breakfast. Brief talk about horses, saddles, and the correct form of saddling. Departure on horseback to the pasture, ascent on winding paths and watching the droves of horses with the Cordon de Plata mountains as our frame. Rest stop at El Altar where we can appreciate a majestic view of the Uco Valley and the Cordon del Plata. Return to the ranch and lunch. Dinner and night at the ranch.
DAY 3: Los Miradores Ride(4 hrs.)
Breakfast. Preparation of the horses, driving and saddling the horses. Test of the reigns in the farmyard.
Departure on horseback to Los Miradores, through horse and cow pastures and fields of potatoes and cereals. Ascent via winding paths to the impressive lookouts where we appreciate beautiful views of Potrerillos valley and Las Carreras. Return to the ranch and lunch. Return to the city of Mendoza.
Services included: transportation, a traveller's guide, described activities, necessary equipment, bilingual professional guide, two nights accommodation at the ranch house (double room), breakfast, lunch and dinner, personal accident insurance.
Services not included: drinks and extra meals.
